  • What is the Employer Portal?

    The Camarena Employer Portal is your one-stop location to access employee injury reports, physical exam results, and drug screen results. It’s designed to give you quick, secure, and convenient access to the information you need to manage employee care.

  • How do I get my login information?

    You’ll receive two emails from Camarena Occupational Health (donotreply@mail1.prognocis.com):


    • The first email contains a password to open the attached PDF in the second email.


    • The second email includes a secure PDF with your username and password.


    Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see the emails in your inbox.


  • Is my username the same as my user ID?

    Yes, both terms refer to the same thing.

  • How do I view documents?

    Click the Documents tab to view shared files.


    • Use the View icon on the right to open the file. You can zoom in/out, download, or print.


    • Invoices, Payments, and Aging Reports: Select the report type from the dropdown menu.


    • Make a Payment: Choose the amount, add a comment, and follow the steps to enter your card and billing info.


  • Where can I see invoices and payments?

    Click the Billing tab and use the dropdown menu to access reports like invoices, payments, and balances.

  • How do I manage employee access?

    Go to the User Management section to view departments and users.


    • You can activate or deactivate departments as needed.


    • Search for specific departments or users from this section


  • How can I update my profile?

    Once logged in, click the person icon at the top right of the screen.


    •From the dropdown, select the option to update your username or password


  • How do I add a new user?

    In the User Management section, click Add New User.


    • Enter their first and last name.


    • Select which departments they should have access to (default is "All").


  • I’m having trouble logging in. Who do I contact?
